Food Truck Invasion’s Second Fridays at Abacoa - Friday, December 9

Food Truck Invasion’s Second Fridays at Abacoa takes place on the second Friday of every month and gets better with each time. Taking place on Friday, November 11 from 5:30–10pm, the event presents an incredible selection of food trucks at Downtown Abacoa’s Town Center Drive. Don’t forget to take your chairs, picnic tables and blankets to enjoy your delicious treats from the trendiest food trucks in town in total comfort. A DJ will also perform at the Abacoa Amphitheater.

Meet Me in Jupiter – Saturday, December 10

Meet me in Jupiter presents local businesses to meet and greet the community of Jupiter as well as to grow their brands right from their own backyard. The event will feature a business hub for various local establishments such as schools and banks, a selection of local businesses offering their products and services, a health and wellness area and a kids’ corner with fun activities for the whole family. Meet Me in Jupiter will be held at the Main Street and Amphitheatre at Downtown Abacoa from 10am – 4pm on Saturday.

561 Foodie: Food Truck Series – Saturday, December 10

The first installment of the 561 Foodie: Food Truck Series was held on November 12. Staying true to their promise of ‘making the 2nd Saturday of the month tastier’, the event will return for its second installment this Saturday, December 10. The third installment will take place on January 14. This is an unbelievable gastronomical delight for the residents of West Palm Beach as well as travelers. This outdoor picnic will feature a range of amazing food trucks, some run by chefs, celebrating a wide array of delectable cuisines. Lining up this year are CrayZlicious, Dr. G’s Grilled Foods, CheeseZilla, Stashbox BBQ, PS 561, Austin’s Franks, Churrasco Grill, Empanada Top, D’Pana Venezuelan Food, Mobile Culinary Kitchen, Sinful Sandwich Company and InspirAsian. The lip-smacking gourmet treats will be available from 10pm – 2am

40th Annual Holiday Parade – Sunday, December 11

The 40th Annual Jupiter Tequesta Christmas Parade, sponsored by the JTAA (Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association), will take place at 1pm on December 11. As per the annual tradition, the grand marshal will lead a selection of floats, trucks and cars. This year’s theme for the parade is ‘POW – Parade Of Wonders’ and will feature a spectacular array of superheroes, characters from Star Wars, Star Trek and a variety of other famous movies and comics, commencing at 1pm on Sunday. The parade will be staged on Old Dixie Highway between Indiantown Road and Center Street and follow the route Alternate A1A north to Tequesta. You can build a float, drive, walk in the parade or be a spectator and enjoy the amazing show. Be sure to bring plenty of water and sunscreen.
